- Gilles is in charge of administrative, legal, financial and informatics domain and held the position of Head of Compliance and Internal Control.
- Gilles has 30 years experience in administrative and financial management. Gilles began his career in 1975 at the Compagnie des Wagons-Lits et du Tourisme as internal auditor. In 1981 he became Administrative and Financial Director of the tourism subsidiary of the group, before joining in 1988, the International Tourism branch as Director of Management Control, a position he also held in the Europcar International subsidiary. In 1992, he joined Europcar Lease, a Europcar-BNP joint venture, as Administrative and Financial Director. He held the same position since 2001 for Rent A Car, short-term renter. Gilles joined Innoven Partenaires in October 2005.
- Gilles graduated from the Institut Commercial Supérieur de Gestion and has the DECS.
