- Walter Meier is President of the Managing Board of Innoven in charge of the Investment activity.
- Walter has over 25 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Corporate Structure, Corporate Management, Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions. He has 15 years of experience in Management and Corporate Governance of public companies as Founder, CEO and Chairman and more than 20 years of experience in Asset Management particularly in Global Equities and worldwide investments in technology and growth companies.Walter lead the IPO of two companies at SIX and 10 capital increases over USD 750 million in total. He is the Founder and Chairman of the BT&T Group and the founder and co-founder of several successful companies in the technology, software and asset management area.
- Walter has a basic education in Mechanical Engineering, he holds a PhD in Management and Corporate Finance from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and followed the executive Program in Corporate Finance and Executive Program in Strategic Management at MIT Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
